Target Corporation Honors Decision Analyst for Customer Satisfaction Research
Arlington, Texas (Feb 21, 2008)—
Target Corp., the nation’s second largest discount retailer, recently honored Decision Analyst for its customer satisfaction research. One of the nation’s leading marketing research and marketing consulting firms, Decision Analyst has conducted satisfaction tracking studies for Target for several years.
At ceremonies earlier this year, Decision Analyst received a “Best of Bullseye” award as one of Target’s top vendors. Jerry W. Thomas, Decision Analyst president./CEO and Jennifer Hester, account executive, accepted the award at Target’s headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.
“The award recognizes us for our effort to create more flexible customer research tracking,” said Joel Mincey, Decision Analyst senior vice president and leader of the research team that works with Target. “This past year we implemented a new research module that allows Target to more easily survey customers about specific issues, such as store items or even community involvement. It also allows for more interviews—up to seven million per year.”
