Yahoo Is The Top Search Engine
Arlington, Texas Yahoo wins hands down as the most popular search
engine, according to a recent survey by Decision Analyst, Inc., a leading
national marketing research firm.
In an Internet survey of 658 U.S. and 392 Canadian Internet users, Decision
Analyst found that 31.7% (32.8% U.S. and 29.8% Canadian) respondents used Yahoo
as their primary search engine.

"Yahoo clearly has a strong hold on the markets in the U.S. and
Canada," say Jerry W. Thomas, President/CEO of Decision Analyst, Inc.,
"while every other search engine is fighting for second."
This survey was conducted over the Internet via Decision Analysts
online consumer opinion panel. This Decision Analysts survey has
a margin of error of approximately four percent, plus or minus, at a 95%
confidence level.
