Stephanie Trevino
Manager

Stephanie Trevino, Manager of the Panel Management Department, helps build long-term relationships with our domestic and international panelists. Other responsibilities include maintaining the department guidelines and overall supervision of daily projects.

Since joining Decision Analyst, Stephanie has become skilled in international online research. She is developing her skills in the daily operational processes while familiarizing herself with the Hispanic cultural segment of market research, as well as other cultures around the globe.

Stephanie's experience includes more than four years in retail management. She worked as a graduate assistant at Texas State University, where she gained research experience while writing grant and research proposals for projects involving Hispanics' apparel preferences and young adults' reactions to advertising. One article relating to this last subject matter can be found in the Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.


Maria Garza
Analyst

Maria Garza has approximately 23 years of marketing research experience and has been with Decision Analyst’s Client Service staff for 7 years.

Maria manages projects for several major clients. She has experience in both consumer and business-to-business research, spanning such industries as retail, durable goods, fast-moving consumer goods, restaurants, and media.

Before joining Decision Analyst, Maria worked as a sampling coordinator and project manager for a full-service marketing research firm in Irving.


Ramiro Davila
Analyst

Ramiro works as a Market Research Analyst at Decision Analyst. His research experience includes significant work with industries such as telecommunication, retail, and finance.

Ramiro has experience conducting qualitative research (focus groups and in-depth interviews) as well as quantitative research, primarily B2C (brand awareness and perception, brand positioning, market assessments).

Prior to joining Decision Analyst, Ramiro worked as a marketing research analyst for the Latin American division at Nokia. In addition, Ramiro has extensive experience in economic and financial analysis.

Born and raised in Ecuador, Ramiro moved to the United States in 2003. Ramiro has received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from a university in Ecuador. Ramiro holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Marketing Research from the University of Texas at Arlington and has previous studies in economics and finance.


Marie Adams
Client Service Assistant

Marie Adams is a Client Service Assistant in the Insights and Innovation Team. She is responsible for managing and implementing qualitative studies for both traditional and online qualitative projects.

Since joining Decision Analyst five years ago, Marie has been involved in numerous qualitative projects using both traditional and online methodologies—involving a wide range of applications including copy testing, reactions to promotional ideas, new product development, and many other marketing issues.

Marie has a strong background in project management. Before joining Decision Analyst, she worked as a project manager at a commercial real estate development company. Marie also managed a sales team at a restaurant software sales company whose clients included several large restaurant chains.

Marie received her training in moderating focus groups from RIVA Training Institute (Research In Values and Attitudes). She was trained by master moderator Jean Bystedt, author of Moderating to the Max.


Josue Gonzalez
Client Service Assistant

Josue Gonzalez has worked for Decision Analyst since 1996. Over the course of 14 years, he has worked in Editing/coding and Tabulation departments before moving to a Client Service team.

He has worked on many projects within the U.S. Hispanic market. In addition, Josue is a first-generation Mexican American, which gives him first-hand insight into the Hispanic culture.
Josue is currently attending the University of Texas at Arlington and is working on a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a minor in French.


Eni Padgett
Foreign Language Coding Supervisor

Eni has been supervising the foreign language coders in the Data Preparation Department at Decision Analyst for the past five years. Eni also works closely with the International Research Team and Quality Assurance Department.

Eni is a first generation Chilean with German parents. She moved to Argentina as a child and completed her education at a German-Spanish bilingual school. She also lived in Germany as an adult before relocating to the U.S.

Prior to joining Decision Analyst, Eni worked with several international companies where she utilized her language skills. She is fluent in both German and Spanish.


Rico Estrada
Foreign Language Coder/Editor

Gerardo Estrada, Foreign Language Coder/Editor in the Data Prep Department, has worked with Decision Analyst for over 5 years. He has gained a tremendous amount of market research experience working in various Operation Departments such as Sample, Tabulation and Data Preparation.

Rico is a first generation Mexican American and both of his parents are from Mexico. Although, Spanish was his first language, Gerardo has mastered both English and Spanish in school and speaks both fluently.

Being raised in a Latin household and traveling to Mexico frequently has given Rico a great appreciation and understanding of Mexican culture.
